Effective networking is very simple, it’s black and white, you just need to meet the right people. engage is the largest, most innovative, vibrant, female-led networking offering in the north east of scotland and we now have over 300 of you as participants in the network. engage! provides a forum for sharing ideas, best practice, challenges and opportunities. It has been designed around the needs of women operating in the professions and industry, and has at its core a commitment to help you ‘raise the bar’ in your professional and personal lives...and to meet some fantastic people, break down barriers and have fun. We are a not-for-profit organisation. Our profits are returned to projects and individuals that we believe in, to help them grow. We run on goodwill, we only charge when we need to. We have given over £6k to charity in the last eight months alone...and want to make that £12k before our first year is out. How do you join in? We don’t ask you to pay a membership, but we do expect you to invest your expertise. We don’t have members, we have participants...and our participants drive engage! And that means you...
